Junior Primary School	£ 43.00
Junior Secondary School	£ 45.00
Student in full time education	£ 50.00
Secondary aged child	£ 45.00
Family with children	£ 200.00
Couple	£ 170.00
Winter and Day	£ 50.00

Summer match fees £3, Winter match fees £2

Please try to complete details in full and as clearly as possible, in particular email addresses. Subscriptions are due on 1st April and are for the period 1st April 2010 – 31st March 2011 inclusive. The court access code will be changed with effect from 1st May. The new code will be advised to members upon completion of their 2010-2011 enrolment.

Please remember LTA rules state that match players must pay their subs before the start of their match season.

Members will again be issued with a shoe tag once sub has been paid. We would ask that this always be available when you use the courts, to confirm membership; thus helping the committee to regulate any unauthorised use of the courts.
